Rollerway in Newtown, Geelong, is one of Australia's longest operating skate centres. First opened in 1975, it has proven to be one of the most successful operations, used by tens of thousands of people every year. Some members of the present management have been either skating or playing at, or operating the Centre since 1976!
Rollerway offers public and private General Skating Sessions, Recreational and Competitive In-line Hockey, Skill & Fitness Development Classes, and Specialist Training Programs.
Rollerway offers a good selection of roller derby, inline, ice, and roller skating goods on-site, providing for all your derby, inline & ice hockey, aggressive or recreational skating needs, at competitive prices!
Rollerway has had an on-line skate shop since 1999 and is usually first page in major search engines for key skating related terms.
Rollerway not only deals with most of the major suppliers around Australia, but now is one of the major importers of roller skates and roller hockey gear in the country.
Rollerway also has one of the largest inline roller hockey development programs, anywhere, and has more in-house hockey action than "you can poke a stick at". We now have more teams playing out of the Centre than any of the State Leagues, and probably more than ALL the State Leagues combined!
Rollerway also has its own indoor skate park with a wooden half pipe and "street course" popular for BMX, scooters, and skaters.
Rollerway has been here for a long time but we are often industry leaders in trying new ideas, developing new skating programs, introducing new technology, offering better value skating goods and on a per capital basis leading most skating rinks around Australia.
Rollerway, is a Division of the Allied Group of Companies (Allied Management P/L & Allied Health & Safety P/L) a Geelong owned and based group with a well established trading record.

The Centre is 2-4Km from either the Geelong or South Geelong train stations.
Connecting buses from the Geelong CBD stop about 150 metres from the Centre on West Fyans Street. Contact your local bus company for more info.
