NB: Our online shop policies & procedures are under review, including shipping & delivery, as we have now largely switched our focus to our physical shop’s (in-house/in-store) sales.

  • We subsidise our courier or shipping & handling costs to all parts of Australia. You will usually pay less than the real cost of shipping on the purchase of most items over $50, but there could be exceptions.
  • For most items we ship within 24 hours (except weekends or public holidays). Our goods may be dispatched via Australia Post, Fastway/Aramex, TNT, or Direct Freight Express (depending on which warehouse sends the goods). With changes to Australia Post’s delivery practices, from 2017 onwards we expect that 90% of our customers will receive their orders within 2-4 working days of shipping, but customers in outlying areas or in “distribution black spots,” or in WA, may take longer to receive theirs, and we cannot guarantee specific timelines.
  • As alluded to above, our skates and equipment may be shipped from different locations and the methods of shipping may vary, depending on their point of origin and sometimes their size, or for other logistics reasons, which are sometimes out of our control. The shipping charges may vary, depending on which offer applies, but this information will be noted on the relevant product pages and in the checkout.
  • Some of our skates and equipment are shipped by third-party warehouses or suppliers, and we will always do our best to ensure they meet our minimum standards, but we cannot guarantee delivery times, although we will guarantee receipt from those third party warehouses or suppliers.
  • Shipping costs or quotes can be accessed via the shopping cart page. The actual shipping cost will also be displayed during checkout.
  • Where applicable, special offers and additional discounts may be obtained by using the coupon or discount codes that appear on selected pages, or from participating clubs and leagues.
  • Express Services, where next day or ASAP delivery is sought, will carry a premium. This will include the cost of, but not limited to, the cost of Express Post, additional administration, and any third party costs.
