Tuesday’s Div 3 Social Hard Puck
Welcome to our first Social Hard Puck League. The centre’s roller hockey foundations are built on our fun social leagues, often referred to as “Soft Puck.” We also have competitive inline roller hockey leagues, where many of our social players end up competing in, but until now, there wasn’t an easy transition; a specific league where players could hone their skills, and move to the faster and more vigorous competition. Enter Social Hard Puck (also referred to as Div 3).
As a development league, we will be limiting the number of teams to three, and they will play a round-robin competition that includes a bye, so they will play two out of three Tuesdays, following the Social Soft Puck games. The expectation is that our Div 3 players will continue playing in either Monday’s or Tuesday’s Social Leagues, whilst they participate in this Hard Puck League.
Please note that unlike our Social Soft Puck games that run for 2 x 15 minute periods, the Hard Puck Social teams play 2 x 20 minute periods.
