This model served advanced beginner and intermediate recreational and figure skaters for many years, and it was recently retired by Riedell.  The price drop reflects its recent status, but belies the quality of the product.

Riedell 121 White Ice skates were originally designed for beginners and recreational skaters but their construction and designed meant they were often used by more advanced skaters who were both budget conscious and still wanted a great product. This classic-styled boot is presented with a top quality Riedell recreational blade for a carefree experience on the ice. Riedell 121 boot has a water resistant PVC sole, Dri-Lex lining to keep the foot dry and comfortable. Comes with the standard recreational blade but- the actual model may vary with the size of the skate. Skates come with a flat factory grind and will need to be sharpened to your requirements.
