Adult’s Only (18+) Skate Night

Adults’ skate time, from 8:30-10:30pm, Saturday 6 September – after the regular (for everyone) Sat evening session, which runs 6:30-8:30.  If you’re over 18, you can upgrade to both sessions for just $2 extra!

 

Father’s Day

Sun 7 Sep, Father’s Day Special – DAD’S SKATE FREE if they bring the kids, 10am-4:30pm.  FREE entry and FREE hire of skates or blades, if needed!

 

School Holidays

OPEN every day over the school holidays (10am-4:30pm) plus the usual Friday & Saturday evening times, from 20 Sep to 5 Oct.

And yes, we are open (as usual) on AFL Grand Final Friday public holiday! I.e. 10am-4:30pm & 6-9pm, and see below for the corresponding special event.

 

Footy Fever Friday

Footy Fever Friday–6:00-9:00pm 26 Sept — AFL GF EVE!  Everyone welcome, but if you wear your favourite team’s jersey, scarf or beanie, you’ll be in the running for EXTRA prizes (any football code!).

Last Adult’s Only (18+) Skate Night for 2025

Sat 4 Oct – Adults Only (18+) Skate Night 8:30-10:30 – the last AO night for the year! It runs after the “for all” 6:30-8:30pm session.  Leave the kids at home for this one!

 

New Hockey Season

Our NEW ROLLER HOCKEY SEASON starts after the school holidays, from Monday, 6 October.  Seven leagues, catering to ALL AGES & SKILL LEVELS! Ask us about our no-obligation come-n-try free opportunities!

 

Wheelie fun Showbag Weekend

GEELONG SHOW WEEK! Fri 17 Oct-Sun 19 Oct, our “Showbag Weekend” means that the first 500 skaters that purchase a regular skating ticket, each get a Rollerway Showbag, FREE!

 

Geelong Cup Wed 22 October

Sorry general skaters, but we don’t open for public skating on Cup days.  During the day we only open for school bookings, and the evening has our regular roller hockey Intermediates and the Div 2 competitions running.

 

Halloween Weekend

Halloween shenanigans for the whole weekend!  Don’t be scared to come along for a skate! Friday, 31 October to Sunday, 2 November

Wear something scary for a chance to win prizes! Or, just come along for the fun of it! No booking needed, except for large groups or parties.

 

November

Melbourne Cup Tuesday, November 4, 2025 

Although many Melbourne businesses celebrate a “long weekend” during the Melbourne Cup festival (on the corresponding Monday & Tuesday) we operate under our usual timetable — sorry!

To recap, we don’t open for public skating on Cup days.  During the day we only open for schools, and the evening has our regular roller hockey activities — this includes our junior and senior leagues.

 

FREE Friends Friday, 7 November, 6-9pm

Bring a friend along on Friday night, and they can come in FREE — if you buy a regular admission. In other words, if you buy a regular 2-hour $16 entry (or 3-hour $17 entry) your friend will get the same value FREE! But wait, if they need skate hire, they can get it at ½ price, too! ($2.50)

Offer applies to 2 people, paying at the same time, only. Does not apply to groups or parties.  Not transferrable and other conditions may apply.

FREE skating lessons

1. FREE on Saturday, 15 November (first 25 people)
2. 2 x FREE lessons with every pair of skates sold (all month)

K-Pop Demonhunters Weekend

Skate, sing, or dress-up!  Enjoy your favourite tunes, while rocking out on skates, Sat & Sun 10am-4:30pm.
A bit of extra fun on skates, skating along to some of your favourites!

 

SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL “½ FREE” skate, 22 November
