Can you buy on-line or do you have to call in to the shop?
Although our Centre has been in operation for over 30 years and sold all sorts of skates since it opened, we now sell more skates on-line than we do from our shop in Newtown. We have happy customers in every state and territory.
What sort of skating gear do you sell?
We sell, roller skates, ice skates, rollerblades (recreational & aggressive), skateboards, protective equipment and roller & ice hockey equipment.
How can you make sure you get the correct size?
We interact with our on-line customers as much or more than the ones who attend the Centre and we have less than 1% return rate on anything and everything we sell. Email us for sizing advice or guides and then lets talk about it -- no rush, no pressure!
Buy from us with confidence! If they don't fit we will exchange them for you.

What payment options exist?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Payment may be made by Direct Deposit (EFT) through your Internet bank or a local branch. PayPal is an option for all items
- we can generate a PayPal invoice on request and you
can pay using your regular PayPal account. Cheques
or money orders are also accepted, although these can
delay delivery until processed & cleared.
What freight costs apply?
We subsidise our courier
or shipping & handling costs to all parts of Australia. For orders over $98 almost all are free to
most Australian Capital cities and the most you will pay on these orders, regardless if you are in far north Queensland or in the deep outback, is about $10 (obviously some conditions apply, but very few exceptions). Please email if you need more information on a specific item.
Are goods covered by warranty?
We do not parallel import, so all goods are covered by Australian statutory warranties and underwritten by the importers or manufacturers directly. Because of our substantial turn-over and our reputation with importers and wholesalers, you are less likely to have warranty problems with us than many small operators who sell few items or only carry very old stock.
If you are unsure about buying on-line please email us with your query as, after many years of selling on-line, we have probably dealt with the issue before.
