If you have question that have come up since you booked your party, you don’t need to wait until the pre-party check-in (on the Wednesday prior) to call us on 0411 335544. As an aside, it’s important that you avoid text, social media, or email messages, as we are often unable to answer them. Our phone lines operate for extend hours, 7 days per week, and we’d love to hear from you. (Usually 9:00AM-9:00PM)

Before you send out your invitations, please buy your party token (the $120 deposit) to secure your party tables. We are all busy nowadays and it’s easy to forget things, but because we limit numbers, without the deposit to secure your table we may, unfortunately, not be able to accommodate you on the day. It’s very helpful if you can call us on the Wednesday prior to the party to confirm numbers and arrangements. Because you are the one receiving the RSVP’s and we realise that some guests are more forthcoming than others, we prefer to leave it to you to call us, rather than “harass you” whilst your busy chasing up any absent-minded stragglers.
As we hopefully mentioned during the booking process, and also above, it’s very helpful if you confirm numbers for your party (even if they really haven’t changed much) on the Wednesday prior to the party. We understand that it can be tricky to get those RSVP’s, but please do your best to touch base, as it’s also a chance to review all arrangements.
Cancellations or forgetting to tell us that you have changed your mind, or that something has come up in relation to your original booking preventing attendance should be done as soon as possible. We try to avoid the official ACCC or Consumer Affairs line, and think that we are far more flexible than what their official rules allow, but because we limit birthday party attendances and organise special catering or staffing for most parties, it’s vital that we know with a week or two notice, if possible, if you are not coming.
We have to be clear on the “conditions apply” issues related to deposits, which are officially the means to secure your party table and non-refundable and non-transferable. We believe that is harsh and inflexible, and we try to be as accommodating as possible, whenever we can, but after two years of COVID losses, if we don’t get adequate warning, we may not be able to help you.
